Clean hotel with really helpful staff and MARVELLOUS location close enough to Union Square and public transportation, and Right in the middle of SF again beside Union Sq.

Suitable accommodation for a couple of nights. Fine hotel with pleasant personnel. Reasonably priced food for all meals. Stunning area, very central location just off buses and trolleys and Thai restaurants that provided great variety and shops and restaurants. Also, easy access to San Francisco Cable Car.

A good looking and stunningly beautiful hotel, I appreciated it, staff was outstandingly accommodating. Absolutely perfect very central location very close to many restaurantes and shopping, Powell street tram and BART, and Alcatraz.

The rooms with air conditioning. Sufficient lighting. Marvellous location in San Francisco, close to cable car, Union Square and shopping areas, nearby convenience stores/supermarkets and Union square which is the center basically. Also, close to shops and restaurants.

Sincerely, it was a very relaxing stay for 4 nights. The staff were exceptionally nice, accommodating. The room was impeccably clean, had essentials, like a hair dryer, soft bathrobes and a shower cap. The location itself was marvellous and brilliant, just close to an upscale urban Shopping mall.

The staff were knowledgeable and very attentive. The location was great and unbeatable, and we could reach an upscale urban Shopping mall by walking. Further, it was very close to most things, the shopping area and Italian, Chinese, Indian and Thai restaurants that provided great variety.

Lots of fine food for meals. Incredibly nice staff members, spacious rooms with fluffy towels and twin bed. Marvellous and brilliant location in the nice area, short walk to Union square which is the center basically, the shopping areas and many restaurantes and shopping.
